Please inspect the packaging of your item and the item itself when they arrive. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@craftkitchenislands.com and we will do everything we can to make things right. We can send a replacement item or issue a refund.
