Do you charge for shipping?
No! Shipping is free for the 48 states of the continental United States. Please contact us to at contact us at (617) 849-8532 or sales@craftkitchenislands.com get a quote for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
How will you ship my furniture?
We work with manufacturers that carefully package all items to ensure that your items remain protected while in transit. Products are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. If an item is too large and/or too heavy to ship via FedEx or UPS it will ship via a Freight Company. Freight Companies usually call in advance to schedule a delivery.
What is your warranty policy?
All products offered on our site are covered by the warranty of the brand that manufactures the product. For more information about the warranty covering a specific product, see the details on the product page or contact us at (617) 849-8532 or sales@craftkitchenislands.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be "authorized" once you place your order. The authorization process is not a charge, however, it will verify that your card is valid. Your credit card will be charged within 7 days from purchase. If you choose a payment plan option, you will be charged according to the terms of the third party app used to make installment payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
What is your return policy?
If you'd like to return your item after you receive it, you can do so within 30 days of receipt by emailing returns @craftkitchenislands.com. The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item arrived damaged, please send photos of the damage to returns@craftkitchenislands.com. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If you notice any damage to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@craftkitchenislands.com and we will do everything we can to make things right. We can send a replacement item or issue a refund.
